Unemployment or Exploitation - What will a fresher choose?

These days, when there are lots of students passing out, jobs are a serious issue. Parents are spending a huge amount of money after their children for their graduation & post graduation. Many are scoring good grades.

Tough were the times when after getting a degree from colleges, people were jobless but the tougher situation is now when even after getting good grades freshers are working for a few pennies. Unemployment is worst, I agree. But what will you say about the exploitation of good and talented people?

Good colleges provide jobs to their students but what about the students who need to find jobs themselves? We all are not privileged enough to be part of such a reputed institute but we are not less than students studying there. It is shocking to know that engineers, doctors, lawyers are saying "Yes" to the jobs paying few bucks even after they carry such a tremendous amount of knowledge. What do you think, do they deserve working around 48 hours and more a week with this amount? Is this not exploitation?

I believe company management should understand this and make a change in their policy. They should be paid at least the amount through which they can survive. Pardon me, I mean no offence but the situation is like a mason or a maid is getting more amount of money than what tech engineers freshers (with bachelor and master degree) are getting paid in Ahmedabad.

Pay the person as per his talent. You as a company is not doing any favour to him by giving job because he is "fresher", if not at the moment give him some time for showing what he has got and give him first upraisal in a couple of months or after 3 months then follow company policy (be it half yearly/yearly). His life would be better if he gets his first appraisal soon.

That's my suggestion, What's yours?

Just remember "Unlike others, he is fresher so he will do work with more enthusiasm and energy"
Respect his talent.
